Remington Park, a horse racing track, was the first world-class pari-mutuel track of the city when it opened to the public in 1988. Today, it's still considered as one of the best racetracks in the county. The primary highlights of the Remington Park are the American Quarter Horse race which begins in March and continues to May and the Thoroughbred race from August through December.
Additionally, the Remington Park has a casino which is widely known as "racino". The racino of the Remington Park opened in 1995 but the Global Gaming at the park just began from January, 2010. Now the casino features 750 slot machines as well as various Restaurants in Oklahoma City and many more.

Cage Cashier
Job Description: This is a position from the Cage and Count/Finance Department of Remington Park. General knowledge and skill of personal computer, AV system and gaming devices are required. Plus, willingness and ability to work effectively with other staff members are necessary. Qualified applicants should also have excellent communication skill in both written and oral English and are capable of interpreting instructions in a variety of forms. High school diploma or general equivalent diploma and basic knowledge of management, information and reporting will be appreciated.
Job Responsibilities: Successful candidates would be responsible for controlling & accounting for casino cash receipts and supporting cash receipts documentation and all the related information on daily & monthly journal entries. The person is also required to balance all money transactions & paperwork and perform all the functions in accordance with company policies as well as regulations and laws.
Drop and Count Room Attendant
Job Description: This job is offered by the Cage & Count/Finance Department of the park. It requires individuals with strong written & oral English communication skills, basic computer skill and ability to deal with various situations and instructions. Knowledge and skill of AV systems, safety equipment and gaming devices are also required. Plus, willingness and ability to work well with peers are a must. The shift starts at 2:45 in the morning.
Job Responsibilities: The person would be fully responsible for drop and count team operations, along with counting & recording daily cash receipts and maintaining all records, reports and other paperwork in the cage and count room. He also needs to conduct all facets of the count & drop, verify various documentations and bundle currency. If necessary, he must work together with other staff to finish their tasks.
Main Bank Cashier
Job Description: This is an opening from the Cage & Count/Finance Department of the park. Applicants must have essential computer knowledge and excellent communication skills (both written and oral). Ability and efficiency to work with other staff are necessary. In addition, basic knowledge of AV systems, player tracking card systems and many other types of equipment are required. High school diploma or GED, strong computer skills and ability to solve problems and handle different situations are highly appreciated.
Job Responsibilities: The person would participate in controlling & accounting all cash receipts as well as the cash check-out process including food and beverage cashiers. Preparing cash deposit every day and balance all money transactions and related paperwork are also part of his job. Other responsibilities involve maintenance of all cash receipts and daily & monthly journal entries.

Facility Maintenance
Job Description: As a job from the Facilities Department of the Remington Park, this position requires individuals who have excellent leadership skills and experience of providing customer service. Besides, skills and ability to work with various buildings, HVAC systems and life support & safety equipment are essential. Of course, basic knowledge about almost all aspects of building maintenance and plant safety are required as well.
Job Responsibilities: Qualified applicants are expected to provide wonderful services to both internal and external customers. Plus, the person needs to establish and maintain professional relationship with business leaders, community leaders and many others partners of the park. He also has to determine work procedures & schedules and supervise the efficiency of his subordinates. Additionally, he may be required to perform some other duties.
Cleaning Services Specialist
Job Description: This is also a job furnished by the Facilities Department of the Remington Park. Positions for full time, part time and even seasonal hourly are available. This job requires a formal training which would help applicants to gain basic knowledge of computer, cleaning equipment and sanitation systems. Customer communication skill is also a must. Things would be better if you have a high school diploma or GED.
Job Responsibilities: The cleaning services specialist is mainly responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the entire building, in addition to a number of other assigned areas in the park. The person is also expected to provide excellent customer service and employee support services. Cleaning equipment would be offered by the park, but the person really has to ensure the cleanliness of all the areas.
