There are many things to do in an omniplex like the one in Oklahoma City. The omniplex has several museums, greenhouses, planetariums, science galleries and Space Theater. Several museums located near the Oklahoma Omniplex are Air Space Museum, International Photography Hall of Fame & Museum, Kirkpatrick Galleries and Gardens, Hands on Science Museum, Firefighter's Museum and many more.
The place has over 400 exhibits, which impart an appreciable scale of knowledge to the kids. The exhibits are grouped according to science subjects like light, sound or energy etc. The OmniDome is a superstructure, which is nearly seven story high and 70 foot in diameter. The theater offers wonderful movie experience for the adult's as well as for the kids.
The operational hours of the OmniDome is from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm and on Sundays 11 am to 6pm. The museum is closed on the Christmas Eve and Christmas. The parking facility is free and is located north of the museum. As far as the pricing is concerned, it is moderately priced with adults being charged $8.25 and children/seniors $6.75.
