Outdoor areas for rental: To add a magical and intimated touch to your wedding party, the Myriad Botanical Gardens also offers a number of amazing outdoor sites for rental. The Gingers Garden is available from 8 a.m. through 5 p.m. And the rental is 75 dollars per hour.

Deposit: Upon your reservation, half of the total rental fee would be charged as deposit. Remember, this rental deposit is un-refundable. And the damage deposit which is refundable would be required 30 days before your wedding. This damage deposit is 250 dollars for one rented site and 350 dollars for two or more sites.

Permit: The rental process of any sites and facilities in the Myriad Botanical Gardens includes a Facility Permit signed by the facility manager and the department director. And you will be required to submit the permits and get them approved at least a month before your wedding.

NOTE: The Myriad Botanical Gardens is closed for renovations and would not open to the public until April, 2011. Still, you can contact with the garden to schedule an appointment since January, 2011.

There would be one security guard on duty at the Myriad Botanical Gardens on your wedding day. But he is responsible for the entire garden as well. If necessary, you might have to hire security guards by yourself.
